Morning News: Ike Davis cleared and ready to play

Yesterday, Ike Davis was sent to New York to see team doctors in follow up to his physical, which the team said had nothing to do with his ankle.

Terry Collins told reporters the doctors wanted to “do a double check on some things,” after which Sandy Alderson said he was cleared for baseball activity and is expected back in camp today.
