Where are Ollie and Castillo?

I’ve been thinking the same thing. I mean, I hate to judge, because who knows, maybe they have something important going on in their personal lives, etc., that preclude them from attending these voluntary workouts? Then again, it’s not news that these two are VERY close to being cut from the roster, so you’d think they’d make whatever arrangements they could to get down there early.

I guess the reality is, Collins knows who they are and what they’re about and what they’re earning in salary. There is no first impression. He’s aware, Sandy Alderson is aware, we’re all aware, and, in the end, it’s not going to be about when they got to camp, but how well they do once they get there.  I mean, if the Mets need a left-handed reliever and Mike O’Conner, Tim Byrdak or Taylor Tankersley tank it, and Ollie genuinely outperforms them, whether he was at early workouts or not, he’ll probably be the guy who makes the cut.

Milliner HAS to work on his tackling but he was very effective yesterday and I am glad they put him on Gordon the whole game instead of 'coddling' him as some suggested!

(wink, wink)

I was down on Dee for most of the season til now.....but kept telling myself "revis wasn't revis as a rookie"       yesterday, Dee stepped up big time.    I think having him finish strong and have confidence heading into the off season will serve him well

Watching him yesterday it's pretty clear this dude has come a long, long way.  It was frustrating early on that he was still starting but at least it seems to have  paid off to some degree.

Please.Half of you were calling Revis a bust when he got burned by randy moss.Give Millner time he's going to be a good CB.

Maybe by year 9 he can learn the right way to turn when defending a pass....as he failed to do yesterday for the 67,000 time this season and got lucky it was dropped in the end zone.

Milliner is gonna be ok. CB is a ridiculously hard position in the NFL The league wants the WR to succeed,it wants scoring and they changed the rules to make it that way. Just look at some of these big athletic freaks that play WR then think about how tacky some of the calls are on the CBs.

I wanted to draft a guard but everybody said.      Noooooooooo.

@Ryan Flanagan The fact remains that while primarily matched up with a top-5 WR this season he held him to under 100 yards even though he was targeted all game long.

He wasn't perfect, but yesterday was a huge step in the right direction.

Milliner's been in it all year. next year he isn't a rookie that's a good thing. Next year he shouldn't  have ant excuses .I'm gonna give him  pass this year on account he's late getting started.
