What’s on Tap: The return of Wright and Murphy

David Wright and Daniel Murphy are expected to play today in their first Grapefruit League game as the Mets host the Cardinals at 1:10 p.m. ET at Tradition Field.

Today’s game will air live on SNY, but not on radio.

John Lannan, Daisuke Matsuzaka, Rafael Montero and Steven Matz are scheduled to pitch.

Damn it, I was hoping to see Noah on TV, pitching live for the first time.

You should at least try to put close to  the "A" lineup when on TV.

Nice of Wright and Murphy to join us.  Just kidding!  :)  The quest begins for those 90 wins.

Ike and Duda are feeling better but will not play today. Isn't that cute.

Or maybe its because the pitchers got pushed back a day due to the rain...

After all the complaints of why would so and so pitch in a non televised game, it's obvious that the media people worked with Terry to make this happen.

@BadContract  Actually that,s great. Let them sit out the season and put Flores there. Upgrade.

@Chad Snaider  May have been obvious in your world but DiceK was not scheduled to pitch yesterday

@Chad Snaider @Mack Ownes  My apologies for not being clear with you. My original post was in reference to the post title: "Wright and Murphy". My point was earlier in the week several people complained that Thor's start was not on a TV broadcast day.
