I hope our guys can continue beating our cross town rivals by sweeping the series. Lets Go Mets!

This team gets worse with each passing year...it's absolutely disgraceful that the Wilpons are allowed to still own and operate this team.  I have grown up a Mets fan and always will be but they really bring me very little if any joy at this point.

The Wilpons / Sandy / Collins all need to gooooooo!

Until that happens we will always be waiting until next year and hear about how they want to ensure they have payroll flexibility come the trade deadline...which is generally them shedding payroll anyway.

It's sad that this Franchise which was finally moving in the right direction in 2006 has come crashing down.  With the right ownership the Mets could of re-stocked their minor leagues while handing out contract for Major League talent to fill the roster until those holes could be filled internally, instead we have Ruben Tejada / Chris Young / Farnsworth....

@barbarossa  Couldn't agree more, any informed fan knew what this team was when we failed to upgrade shortstop / first base / left field and the bullpen.  90 wins is laughable.
