Yet another typo from MetsBlog...it's spelled "SYNDERGAARD" not "SYDNERGAARD". But how could we expect you to spell it right. You're only a blog that covers the Mets full time, after all.

Lets do it mets. Lets fry these fish and climb out of this losing culture. We are one game behind Atlanta for the division. How bout this week we turn it around? It has to happen some time ! LETS GO METS!!!

Losing 3 out of 4 and picking up a game in the standings...I will take it.  Doesn't happen too often!

I've had enough of these ridiculous road trips that are all over the map. Philly to Denver to Miami??? This is the 2nd stoopid road trip of the year with that earlier one to the Angels! And what is the deal with what seems like every year they play 4 in Denver???

I think it is a mistake, in evaluating the mets, to include this series in Denver.  let's face it, the starting pitching is not that bad and the offense is not that good.  let's see how those two units do in florida before we draw conclusions

Gotta get this series off to a good start. Put the heart break of Sat night fully behind us with a nice W w/ Niese on the hill! Prob is the Fish can hit at home as well but, I have to imagine it can't be as bad as Colorado. I mean, every player on the Rockies was hitting .350 except CarGo!!!! Come on we can beat the Marlins and get back to winning. 2-3 would be great

This team is hanging in there, for now, but I don't think it is real. The game that we lost 10-11 is the kind of game that will come back and hount us, we have lost to many close one run games or OT games when we had the momentum. When the seaon ends and we miss the playoffs by 5 or 6 games. these will be the games that killed us.
