The Mets are off on Monday.

Center fielder Juan Lagares, who is eligible to return from the disabled list on April 30, is expected to continue his rehab assignment.

The Mets open a two-game set on Tuesday in Philadelphia at 7:05 p.m.

Jon Niese (1-2, 2.45 ERA) gets the start for the Mets, opposed by Cole Hamels (0-1, 3.00 ERA) for Philadelphia.

With CY and Grandy both getting their HR strokes down, 2 games at CBP couldn't come at a better time.  Between those two and Wright's career beat down numbers vs. Hamels Philly may have to pray that scheduled rain actually shows up...

If Lagares comes back and picks up where he left off... That might be a nice boost to the offense.

The Mets are starting to look like they have a good looking catching duo.

Never though this team would be three games over at this point, however we still really need to solve SS and juannt beisbol needs to come back.  Also really think that Chris young can get hot

I absolutely despise Cole Hamels, and nothing makes me happier than knowing the Mets have pounded him harder than any other team over his career.

Hopefully they send him career loss #14 with a bang.

Bring up Juan in Colorado.  We need his bat and defense.  Do it!

@Victor Triguero I'd like to think Aaron Harang comes back down to earth eventually.  Dude's rocking a sub-1 ERA, best in the bigs.  I've been wrong before . . .

@Robby Johnson I couldn't agree with you more. I don't know which team I dislike more the Braves or the Phillies

@PanchoVilla  The risk of pulling a hamstring is too high. I would rather have him do a proper rehab. We need his bat and fielding for the playoff run.
