What’s on Tap for Thursday, August 7

The Mets (54-60) go for the series victory when they wrap up their three-game set with the first-place Nationals (61-51) on Thursday in Washington at 12:35 p.m.

Jacob deGrom (6-5, 2.77 ERA) gets the start for the Mets, opposed by Jordan Zimmermann (7-5, 3.00 ERA) for Washington.

Later on, Noah Syndergaard will get the start for Triple-A Las Vegas at 10:05 p.m.
