Mets expect d’Arnaud to soon be cleared for Triple-A

Travis d'Arnaud 3 polaroidTravis d’Arnaud will see a doctor in New York on Monday, Sandy Alderson said earlier this week on WFAN.

Alderson expects the doctor to tell d’Arnaud he can “go full throttle,” and start playing in games soon.

“I would hope to see him in September,” Alderson said.

The team expects D’Arnaud to be cleared Monday, quickly join Single-A, and hopefully join Triple-A Las Vegas by August 1, according to Mike Puma of the New York Post.

D’Arnaud broke a bone in his foot in Triple-A in April.
