Juan Lagares left Monday’s game in the seventh inning after pulling his right hamstring. The Mets will wait until Tuesday to see how Lagares feels before making a decision regarding a potential disabled list stint.
Curtis Granderson, who slammed into the outfield fence in the first inning, left the game in the sixth inning with what was termed a bruised rib cage, forearm, and knee. All X-rays on Granderson were negative, he’s considered day-to-day.
Chris Young, who is eligible to return from the disabled list on April 18, played his second rehab game for Triple-A Las Vegas. Young went 2 for 3 with two runs scored and two walks.
