Flores projects to be and IS a better hitter than Tejada...Games I watched, he did not look any better or worse than Tejada, and the "Metrics"  I could find showed him to be a bit better..so of course Flores is in AAA...kind of like watching Abreu play in the OF while younger players sit the bench-I do acknowledge that Abreu has delivered, but this year is (again) a bust, so why not suck it up and play the youngsters? Because the Mets brass is gutless wi regards to doing this...Trade Colon and Abreu (both of whom have done well) for some prospects and get after it wi youngsters

I would give the Cubs their pick of the Mets farm system for Castro.

Twenty four year old great talent who is signed thru 2019 at a great contract. There will be a bunch of teams offering big deals for him the Mets need to get him.

@Kevin VanTassell Theo Epstein GM of the Cubs today stated that Castro is the centerpiece of the Cubs future.  I guess his way of saying…"he ain't coming or going cheap"
