Moment in PSL: Pick-off drills, say what?

Matthew Cerrone, Lead Writer

Terry Collins stood in the middle of a group of pitchers instructing them on three different type of pick-off moves to second base. He later went through the signs he’ll give from the dugout to dictate situations and how the infield should respond.

He ran through each set of moves once, speaking in great detail. He went through each set of signs once, again in detail. They broke and got to work. It seemed to me everyone essentially knew what they were doing, which is impressive to me. I heard every word. I was listening, I was focused and I was totally confused. This could be because I have terrible listening skills and I don’t pay attention when people talk, pr it’s because I’m not a professional athlete, one who has been listening to a variation of the order every spring since high school, and so I’m not wired to understand. In either case, it was interesting to watch.

...What?  Why?  Just more strange, meaningless comments from Cerrone, Lead Writer.

Well, you definitely don't proofread your copy--so there's real evidence

of ADD there.

I find this interesting because all TC remarks aside this is essentially a billion dollar business and of all people in universe the sole direction and communication of this is through TC.

I want you to keep your eyes on me and not the Cougars flashing you in the stands!

Some of you just whine and complain like a 3 year old in a candy store and you are not allowed to get anything.

Its spring training i'm glad he's trying to at the very least instill fundamentals to this team.

Terry is a moron and what experience does he have making the pickoff throw he was a worthless middle infielder. He thought Turner could play SS he thought Ankiel was a gold glove and he waited all year before he realized Juan Lagares is a great CF.

What surprises me is that Terry knows what he is talking about......

@sell I guess that explains why the pleas of the readers in the comment section about the blog consistently go unanswered

I come here for headlines and incredibly ironic unintended comedy.
