Mets Re-Sign Jesus Feliciano, Two Others to Minors Deals

The Mets have re-signed Jesus Feliciano to a minor league deal, and also signed 1B Chris Shelton and RHP Kent Tsujimoto to minor league deals.

Feliciano appeared in 54 games for the Mets in 2010, and hit .231 with three RBI in 108 at bats.

Shelton, who will be 31 in June, last played in the Major Leagues with the Mariners in 2009, and was 6 for 26 with four RBI in nine games.

The 21 year old Tsujimoto played for the Maui Na Koa Ikaika, a team in the Independent Golden Baseball League in Hawaii in 2010. He made 32 relief appearances, and in 34 1/3 innings, he went 3-2 with a 2.88 ERA.


They look exactly the same. The only difference is the color of their ties and one is wearing a hat.
