You rolled out some big cash the last few years for Bay and Granderson and C Young and you send down an outfielder that hits .350 in spring training?  Must be the new math or ST doesn't mean anything.

Bobby Bonilla and Jason Bay were "ready to roll" too.

I see contributors are changing their old thoughts toward new aquisitions this winter, I hope they soon start rooting for -Murphy; Wright; Ike; Tejada; Satin;Brown; -after all they are öur guys". -THEY BELONG- Instead of whinning constantly, pls. cheer ém. Thus they feel happy,at home and Produce.

I have no problem with the Chris Young signing, other than it is useless unless we upgrade substantially at SS and 1B.  I'm rooting for Ike to do well, but I just don't see him turning it around in NY.  Too much pressure and attention.

@metsblog liked what I saw this spring, if him or Davis play well this year and @Mets replace tejada then this team has potential

Let us hope for a Marlon Byrd-type diamond in the rough.

@chasesimms Believe it or not Bobby Bonilla and Jason Bay had more than one decent year in the Majors.  Talk about throwing money down a hole.

@Father Dooley  He has raked during spring training, it's a shame it gets clouded under the tejada-ike-dice-k everyday annoyances...
