Garrett Olson and Jack Egbert have declared free agency after finishing their season in the minor leagues, according to MILB.com.
Egbert, 29, went 3-4 with a 5.40 ERA in 27 appearances and one start for Triple-A Buffalo in 2012. He made one appearance for the Mets, allowing no base runners in 2/3 of an inning.
Olson, 29, went 4-7 with a 4.63 ERA in 34 appearances and 21 starts for Triple-A Buffalo in 2012. He allowed four runs, three hits and a walk in only 1/3 of an inning with the Mets.
