The offensive momentum continued with RBIs from Daniel Murphy and Juan Lagares. Lucas Duda and Travis d’Arnaud also added two home runs in the fifth inning. After that, the Phillies picked up the offensive drive, sending in six runs in three innings to take the victory. Marlon Byrd’s RBI single tied the game in the ninth and Ryan Howard sent in the game winner for Philadelphia. Zack Wheeler started on the mound for the Mets, allowing three runs and three hits over six innings of play in Sunday’s loss.
