Matthew Cerrone, MetsBlog.com:
Shannon is terrific at her job and the mother of two adorable children. In 2006, when people were still very much skeptical of “bloggers,” back when I couldn’t get a single person on the phone to learn about press passes and arranging interviews, Shannon extended a helping hand and told me where to go. I’ve known her for many years now, she’s become a good friend, I will always be grateful for her guidance, and I hope she gets the best treatment for a quick recovery.
