RHP Jeurys Familia has been selected to the play in the Arizona Fall League All-Star Game, to be played this Saturday in Surprise, Arizona.
Familia – the only Met selected to the All-Star Game – has a 7.20 ERA in four relief appearances, although he’s allowed one earned run or less in three of his four relief appearances this fall.
Meanwhile, RHP Hansel Robles has continued his solid fall season, allowing only one earned run over his last two starts, a span of seven innings. He has a 3.38 ERA in three starts for Scottsdale.
Lastly, OF Cory Vaughn has hit in 11 of 12 games for Scottsdale, having reached base 17 times in 45 plate appearances. Vaughn, 24, is hitting .255 with a .340 OPB and .786 OPS, one home run and eight RBI this fall.
