Looks like the Mets got their extra 90 minutes worth of concessions, sold it all out and called the game. They knew this game would not make it past 9pm.

Duda sucks in the rain.

Think I'll watch Hannibal on NBC at 10. I wanna see who Hannibal eats tonight.

Weather radar doesn't look promising.  Very slow moving system, should stay in the area for a while.  :(

Any news about what time the game is resuming? The Mets hired a new Veep of PR today. The Mets has to stop leaving the fans in the dark.

Watching Chapman throw 102 mph fastballs. This guy is nasty. Struck Adams out and he looked confused walking to the bench.

I'm down at the southern tip of NJ at the shore (Cape May) and not a drop of rain here.  Just annoying weekenders starting to arrive.

I'd be very surprised if they restart tonight.

Jeez the rain came down hard in Philly, they stopped the game, but then re-started it about 20 minutes later.  I thought the same would happen in Flushing as the storm moved east but obviously I am wrong.  Must be much worse in NY.

So guys, how about that rangers game. Personally, i thought the Prust suspension was asinine. Im really getting the sense that the league is fixing the ref calls to make sure the habs make it to the stanley cup finals.

Mets look so much better when they're not playing.

Wow....Chris Young had 32 HRs and 27 SBs his rookie year and he was the 4th runner up for the ROY

I turned PIX back on to see if mets were back and it was seinfeld and I got excited, but it ended up just being a commercial

I'm not in NYC. Does it look like a delay or will the game get called??

Yadier Molina just completely conceded a stolen base to Billy Hamilton. I mean Yaddy didn't even make an ATTEMPT to throw...just stayed in his crouch and flipped it back to the pitcher.  Wow...

Looks like more heavy rain headed towards Citi. Might be waiting for a while

Equally exciting would be watching Colon at Shake Shack during the delay...

Probably can resume if the field can hold up, but I doubt we see any baseball before 10:00.

@Mike Dell Italia No our manager is hurt -in the head! Campbell should play everyday. He's earned it. Sit Duda. Sit!

@C.K. Dexter Haven Finished fourth behind Ryan Braun, (34 HR, 97RBI, 15SB, and 1.004OPS), Tulo (24HR, 99 RBI, .838OPS), and Pence (17HR, 69RBI, 11SB, .899OPS in 108 games). While Young's HR and SB totals were impressive, his .237/.295./.467 line  (.763 OPS), with 68 RBI, were less so. Got unlucky to have such a good rookie class alongside him, but don't think the voters were wrong.

Melo isn't going anywhere. Don't worry about Melo, trust me on that one

@monstah @Joseph DeFazio because it's the D'Backs only time here for the rest of the year, and no one wants to play a doubleheader. if this was a division game, it would have been called a while ago.

@Victor Triguero @C.K. Dexter Haven marbury and isiah thomas were the worst memories of that dark era in knicks history. the 2000's were characterized by horrible personnel decisions and bringing in useless washed up stars
