From Blueshirts United:

"Kovacs lists Steve Stamkos as his favorite player and says his game is similar to that of Marian Hossa.

"I'm a big offensive player," Kovacs told BlueshirtsUnited.com. "I love scoring, and I try to make my teammates better, too."

Added Gordie Clark, the Rangers Director of Player Personnel, "He's one of the fastest skaters over in Sweden and he's very, very skilled. He can score goals. We'll give him the time to mature. We'll wait for him.""

You know...you never hear a prospect talk like that for the Rangers. I hope he caries that ambition of being an offensive player through the system and hopefully as a player for the Rangers someday

@aaronrules @BronsonSNY Hagelin? This guy should be way better than Hagelin. Hagelin was a speedster and blue collar guy who really didn't have good hands--or least had skill but hardly if ever uses it. Kovacs from what I'm hearing is a real offensive player. It's like Etem and Hags...people are comparing the two. No Etem scored 60 in juniors and has great hands. He just have to find a way to get out of his own head as a young player.

@Adam Rabinowitz I do not see Sergey Zborobskiy (2015 3rd rounder) on the list either.  What about the kids that did not get drafted this year are they allowed to participate?
